Members of the Consortium Enabling Cybersecurity Opportunities & Research(CECOR) program include students in middle school and high school, as well as the University of the Virgin Islands undergraduates, graduates, and faculty. Members will acquire specialized knowledge and critical skills in order to compete in a field that is of growing demand. The cybersecurity consortium will focus on identifying, predicting, preparing for, and defending against cyber threats by facilitating training and the assessment of cyber technologies and operations.
